This isn't cel-shading at all

The technique is interesting, probably a big space and time waster but interesting. Cel-shading is a type of rendering of 3d models or animation too look hand drawn, you can usually distinguish it in some cartoons where there is going to be alot of movement of a complex entity (like a car or a plane) they will then render it so all the shades become solid and there are basically the two different flat shades. Go look at wikipedia for some examples, and make sure you know what your talking about before you write a tutorial.

I didn't get very far

even though I usually hate jokes and games centered around this kinda thing the idea was pretty original and I actually enjoyed playing it. You might want to fix up the preloader a little, I couldn't name anything specifically wrong with it other than the drawings looked kinda...not good. Other than that it was pretty good but if you have nothing better to do maybe draw the aliens heads a little better.

I almost gave you a four because the beginning was so...well you know, not interesting but I kept through because it kept getting better and so yeah, and I was surprised this was 5.00/5.00 but then I saw it only had 1 vote, and now I have made 2 mwuahaha. Here is to a perfect score so far*cheers*

Nice normal maps and textures! I suppose you should take it as a compliment that someone thinks your work is a photo. Wait till the day where people get so good at 3d modeling we can't tell the difference, ooo scary.

Such good texturing, I do 3D work myself and this is really impressive for something of unidentifiable wooden structure, how do you get such good realistic textures? Do you download them? Download then edit them (besides the uv map)? If you could share any technique that would be appreciated. Also what program? :)
